Dude... can you shred?

Our back yard is fairly large by Beaverton City standards - and is tree lined all across the creek bed at the back.  There is a cyclone fence at the back and both sides of the yard.

There is a 12'x16' concrete patio and a rock water feature.

There is also... as you might have noticed, a full Half Pipe in the backyard as well - which is 8 feet wide x 25 feet long and 5 feet high.  Both of our kids love to skate - so we felt a home Half Pipe was safer for them as opposed to the local, public park with older kids (most people don't expect to see a two year old skating under their feet! LOL).  Unless we find a totally, awesome buyer who actually WANTS the Half Pipe, it'll be removed when the house it sold... until then - it will stay there so the kids can keep skating. :)*

There are two large Rubbermaid Storage sheds as well - for your clippers and mowers and all that good stuff - those will stay.

We've had a number of wonderful parties, and - ESPECIALLY NICE - has been for the Moms to sit in the Outdoor Living Room with the AC Running and watching the kids play outside the double doors!!! Woohoo!

*PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO PUBLIC SKATING ON MY HALF PIPE. EVER. PERIOD.  thanks..... :)

Scorned, slighty bitter but still, grateful and very happy... life is good.
PS.... you *WILL find errors in grammar, spelling and otherwise... I am just a Mom - now a 'single Mom' who
